🐻 Inner Winter (Days 1–5) – A grounding and replenishing blend to soothe cramping and support blood building. Ingredients: Yarrow, Lady’s Mantle, Ginger, Rosehip, Red Raspberry Leaf, Lavender.
🌿 Inner Spring (Days 6–12) – A gently energizing blend to support estrogen metabolism, clarity, and lightness. Ingredients: Red Clover, Spearmint, Nettle, Hibiscus, Rose Petals, Lavender.

Fill the included tea strainer with loose leaf tea per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep covered:
- Roots (Winter & Autumn blends): 15–20 minutes
- Leaves & Flowers (Spring & Summer blends): 8–10 minutes
Strain, sip slowly, and repeat as needed. For a stronger infusion, steep longer or brew in a covered pot.
Drink 1–2 cups daily.
